Policies

~2 night minimum
~ 3 night minimum (July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving and Christmas)
One night rental Available on Off Peak Season

Weekend Rentals and Occupancy over 4 persons
Subject to a Cleaning Fee ($50.00)

~ Credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
~$150 security deposit will be authorized on card at time of booking.
(Will be released after departure provided all check-in and checkout procedures
have been followed, and no damage has occurred during your stay.)

~Check in 2:00 pm ~ Check out 11:00 am

~Please, NO SMOKING
We do have Pet Friendly Cabins available. A non-refundable fee of $50.00
for cleaning services.

~Occupancy is limited to Registered Guests Only!
Based on 4 person Occupancy.
(Additional Occupancy is $10.00 per person, per night)
If persons are not on guest list, this will result in the forfeiture of all rental fees, security deposit and/or additional charges to the credit card provided.

~There must be at least one person,
age 25 or older, who will remain as part of
the rental party, and accepts full financial
responsibility for all malicious damage.
(Extensive damage (over $250) and/or additional cleaning expenses
will be billed directly to this person.)

Cancellation Policy:

~All cancellations are subject to Managers discretion.
~30 or more days prior to arrival date
- Full refund.

~Less than 30 days, but at least 7 days prior to arrival date
-  Forfeiture of ($100).

~Less than 7 days prior to arrival date
- Forfeiture of deposit
